White Fused Alumina
Mirror polishing · >99% α-phase
Al₂O₃ 99.81% · Mohs hardness 9.0

Imported industrial alumina powder grown under controlled high temperature so grains develop in one direction into flat hexagonal platelets. The platelets lie parallel to the workpiece and slide instead of rolling, so they cut fast without random scratching.
