Qianyi Abrasive Materials has fused, milled and classified ultra-fine abrasive powders in the Zhengzhou Superhard Materials Industrial Park since 2012. White fused alumina, green silicon carbide, tabular alumina and brown fused alumina — 20,000 tonnes a year, graded to the standard your process already runs on.
Each family is fused or reacted from its own raw material route, then taken through the same shaping, separation and classification discipline. Open any material for its full chemistry, physical properties and application list.

Multiple production lines in the Zhengzhou Superhard Materials Industrial Park, a full set of testing equipment and a strict quality control process under a certified ISO 9001 system. Custom sizes and grades are produced to customer specification.

Conventional abrasives are equiaxed or spherical, so they roll and randomly scratch. Tabular alumina grows as flat hexagonal platelets that lie parallel to the workpiece, producing a sliding cut with pressure spread across the whole face.
Less grain fracture means far better wear resistance, the best available material removal rate and surface finish, and — in test data — at least 10–20% fewer lapping and polishing passes. On semiconductor wafers, yield generally holds above 96%.
Arc-furnace fusion, tipping, crushing, milling, magnetic separation, acid washing and air classification all happen on our own lines — so grain shape and purity are ours to control.
Material is produced to EU FEPA, Japanese JIS and American ANSI grading, so an existing specification can usually be matched without requalification.
The white fused alumina line runs at 99.81% Al₂O₃ with Fe₂O₃ held to 0.01% — the level semiconductor and piezoelectric crystal work demands.
Producing single-crystal tabular alumina (PWA) since 2018: hexagonal platelets that slide instead of roll, cutting 10–20% of lapping and polishing passes.
A full set of testing equipment and a strict quality control system sit behind every batch. Company standards are benchmarked against JIS, with particle uniformity comparable to established Japanese and American brands.
Production runs under a certified ISO 9001 quality management system, with a full set of testing equipment and a strict quality control process in-house.
Multiple production lines produce material to EU FEPA, Japanese JIS and American ANSI grading, so an existing specification can usually be matched directly.
Particle size distribution and chemical composition are verified batch by batch — the WFA line holds Al₂O₃ at 99.81% with Fe₂O₃ at 0.01%.
Company standards are set against JIS. Proprietary process control gives more uniform particle size, comparable to well-known Japanese and American brands.
Any listed material can be produced to a customer-specified size or grade rather than only the standard catalogue bands.
Material is packed in bulk bags and cartons with batch identity retained through to shipping, supported by goods and technology import/export rights.

Send your target application, grading standard, particle size band and monthly volume. We produce to FEPA, JIS and ANSI grading and can develop custom grades to specification.
