Who we are
A specialist supplier, not a trader
We produce micron-grade powders for China's semiconductor, piezoelectric crystal, crystal ceramic, magnetic material, precision ceramic, special metal and optical material industries.
The plant sits in the Zhengzhou Superhard Materials Industrial Park in Henan and ships 20,000 tonnes of abrasive materials a year. Multiple production lines produce material to EU FEPA, Japanese JIS and American ANSI standards, and any grade can be customised to a customer's specification.
A full set of testing equipment and a strict quality control system operate under a certified ISO 9001 quality management system. Company standards are benchmarked against JIS — proprietary process control gives more uniform particle size, comparable to well-known Japanese and American brands, and leading domestically.

How the company developed

2012 — founded
Established in the Zhengzhou Superhard Materials Industrial Park as a producer and seller of white fused alumina, green silicon carbide, single-crystal tabular alumina (PWA) and brown fused alumina.

Scaling the lines
Multiple production lines brought online, capable of producing to EU FEPA, Japanese JIS and American ANSI standards, with custom grades to customer specification.

ISO 9001 certification
A full set of testing equipment and a strict quality control system certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

2018 — into semiconductors
Entered production and sale of single-crystal tabular alumina (PWA) for semiconductor substrate lapping and polishing — hexagonal platelets rather than the equiaxed or spherical grain of conventional abrasives.

20,000 tonnes of abrasive materials sold each year to the semiconductor, piezoelectric crystal, crystal ceramic, magnetic material, precision ceramic, special metal and optical material industries.
2018 onward
The tabular alumina step change
In 2018 we moved into single-crystal tabular alumina for semiconductor substrate lapping and polishing. Unlike the equiaxed or spherical grain of traditional abrasives, PWA crystals are hexagonal platelets that lie parallel to the workpiece and slide across it, so they do not scratch randomly.
Grinding pressure is distributed evenly across the platelet face, so grain fracture falls and wear resistance rises sharply — giving the best available material removal rate and surface finish. Test data shows at least 10–20% fewer lapping and polishing passes.
